Quick saves break the final level
Hello and thanks for this patch. I've discovered that playing the final level, doing a quick save, dying, and reloading that save will cause various behavior issues, such as Strelok's AI being messed up (he no longer follows the correct path), Strelok becoming invulnerable (the Gauss rifle will no longer have any effect on him), and sometimes the Monolithians not spawning after the third portal (I'm not sure if it's due to quick saves; I think it happened once even without them). The only solution is to play the level from start to finish without using quick saves. It's not a bad idea; it took countless deaths to figure out the right strategy (like in many 2000s games) to get to the end credits without accidentally breaking the game, but I think these are bugs worth reporting anyway.
