Unable to Stream Responses from AWS Lambda

Any native support by this library for the lambda streaming response?

sam deploy doesn't update params in the stack when modified in the CF template

Got the same issue. Very frustrating. Same thing happens for the api gateway. Becoming less and less confidence of SAM for the certainty of deployment.
