Compatibility with react-final-form 4.1.0.

react-final-form 4.1.0 made FieldRenderProps generic, which leads to incompatibility. This patch fixes this and raises the versions of the required peer dependencies.

How about compatibility with react-final-form 6 while we're at it?

This very important project looks not very well maintained. Is anyone actively maintaining a fork?
