Battery Section - Power Management - Battery Saver & Performance Crash

While checking out the settings features of the ROM (Latest lineageos 15.1 20180210) after install i found that Battery Saver & Performance section in Battery Settings keeps on crashing. I would be really nice if it worked as find that my battery drains fast. I have had to install a 3rd Party App to set CPU Performance and Governor to try and achieve better battery life. It would be appreciated if this can be done natively and not via 3rd Party App

On the plus side I am loving this ROM other than the battery drain it's been perfect.
