Feature request: read encoder from id3 of mp3s

Feature request

Add ability for deadbeef to read the "encoder" in id3 tags of mp3s. In foobar2000 and ffprobe we can see data like "LAME3.99r" or "LAME3.90" but deadbeef does not show these values. There is <CODEC_PROFILE> but not a <ENCODER> or "<TOOL>" (as its called in fb2k).

Would also be great to have <MP3_STEREO_MODE> as well (to indicate "joint stereo" or not) and <MP3_ACCURATE_LENGTH>
