Skip to next album ignores shuffle mode

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a playlist with multiple albums Select shuffle albums mode Click Playback -> Skip to -> Next album

What's going on? Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Observe that the next album in a row is selected, not random.
