[Feature request] Avaliability of "Refresh cover art" action for hotkey binding

It doesn't seem like "Refresh cover art" action is in list of available actions for hotkey binding, though every other action from context menu (right mouse click in playlist) is available. Guess it was just forgotten, let's list it for binding.
