Sorry for late reply sir but that error is due to the fact that sndCPY is in its beta stage... You can fix that lag by simply restarting the audio.

if you could use an audio splitter and use headphone with aux , where AUX goes to your pc or laptop microphone jack than the delay can be solved, as for in-built audio capture the work is still ongoing :)
