chore(deps): update all dependencies except `dnsjava`

[toku-sa-n]

dnsjava以外の依存ライブラリを最新バージョンに更新しました。 Gradleのラッパーも./gradlew wrapper --gradle-version 9.2.1 --distribution-type bin --no-daemonによって更新しています。 enumからstaticが削除されていますが、これは最新のSpotlessが削除しています。もとよりクラス内のenumは暗黙的にstaticが付与されているため、この削除はコードの意味を変えません。
