Add translations

Add translation for languages:

  • [ ] English
  • [x] Russian
  • [ ] Simplified Chinese

To make translation easier you can use Pootle or POEditor Maybe smth else.

@Sasasu develop is in "active" development, and most of the language files are located at translations/ folder
