Need to transfer LPToken after reward activation to receive rewards

What happened:

If you provide liquidity in a new pair before the rewards get activated, you do not receive rewards after they are activated. Once you send the token to yourself, everything works fine.

might even happen on change of reward-distribution (so old LPToken still get the old reward distribution?), didn't check that.

What you expected to happen:

Receive rewards right after the activation, without having to transfer them to yourself.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

• add liquidity to a pool with no rewards activated
• activate rewards -> no rewards payed to the previously created LPToken
