Add an option to rename tvg-id from ARD.de to DasErste.de

I have the same problem as described in this thread: https://www.kodinerds.net/thread/75204-kein-epg-f%C3%BCr-das-erste/ The reason is that the tvg-ids missmatch. The new DasErste.de does not match ARD.de.

If I remember right, https://github.com/sunsettrack4/config_files/pull/54 fixes that problem for me.

@andred How did you apply that for yourself if the change was never accepted in that repo over there and epg-grabber seems to refer to the online config file as a source from that github repo? (I wonder how I can get it fixed, sorry if this is a n00bish question, it is not obvious for me)
