"Not all channels could not be added"

Hello, I tried to add some channels to easyepg via the web GUI. The addition didn't work correctly (perhaps a storage error on the drive). When I now try to add the channels again, I get the message "Not all channels could not be added". I can no longer add the channels I want and I get this error message.

However, when I try to find the corresponding channels among my selected channels in order to then delete them, that is also unsuccessful. They cannot be found there.

So I assume that there is a problem in the database due to an incorrect saving process. How can I solve this problem? Do you have any experience with this? I would be grateful for any help!
