CEM模块是否需要BN和RELU

大神，我看你的代码中CEM模块只有卷积层，没有BN层和RELU层。请问是否需要添加BN和RELU层呢？yolo v3上采用前的1*1模块有BN和LEAKRELU。如下： `[convolutional] batch_normalize=1 filters=128 size=1 stride=1 pad=1 activation=leaky

[upsample] stride=2`
