Hi10 soundcard - ES8316

Together wirh people from bugzilla.kernel.org we've found that hi10 has ES8316 soundcard. I've found different drivers in multiple kernels on github, for example https://github.com/rockchip-linux/kernel/blob/release-4.4/sound/soc/codecs/es8316.c . Can we homehow add this drivers or patch into kernel?? I'm asking because my knowledge about how linux works is pretty bad but I want to get as many things working as possible.
