one-way-input-mask blur event does not work correctly

I am executing my tests on Internet Explorer 11, and I am getting a failure in some steps where I simulate a blur event. This seems very weird to me, once I did execute the tests on Google Chrome and everything is ok there.

Does anybody have any idea in some workaround to make this works?

The event blur does not work only on this component (one-way-input-mask).
