[ENHANCEMENT] Customize time to disconnect

A simple entry in the Config, to set the time until disconnection when pressing down HOME button. 2 seconds is kinda long, I was looking to tune it down to 1s.

Just press the sync button.

That's how I did it, before even knowing about this feature. But since I use a charging grip, I had to take each Joycon out every single time. And those buttons are hella tiny.
