[ENHANCEMENT] auto pair/unpair

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. more of an issue w/ windows that betterjoy. every time I want to start a gaming session, I must go to bluetooth>joycons>unpair, then re-pair to get them to connect to my PC.

could we get some script to automatically handle this pair/unpair dance, or is there some fix for this so that joycons will connect properly past the original pairing session?
