Added Manual Stick Calibration

Manual Stick Calibration is added for Fake Joy Cons, which have a bug when calibrating. This bug causes a drift stick and this new feature can help solve it.

So this is useful for manual stick calibration on first party controllers?

Well ... I suggest this change for some controllers claiming to be Joy Cons (And their Firmware identifier as well). But when AutoCalibrate, an involuntary displacement is generated in the sticks. I bought a pair and had this problem. I still can't detect what the problem is, but they are false. Being false, if or if they get the calibration data from the controller (or the VigemBus) and cause the stick drift (even if the RAW signal has the full range)

This seems to be a dead PR, but I personally vouch for this. I'm having major problems with my Pro Controller left stick; it works as intended when tilting down or right, but up and especially left barely do anything.

Thanks so much!! Added the code to configuration file as I was having an issue with the right joycon analog stick. It works fine now.
