Add versions for other operating systems

Add versions for other operating systems like Linux (appimage or packages) and Mac because there are users that use that operating systems

linux has joycond, and joycond-cemuook that do a better job than betterjoy does on windows

No gyro support as far as I can tell though

joycond-cemuook is a single python3 file, and it has full gyro support from Joycons and Pro Controller it works perfectly in linux
