[BUG] Steam and Betterjoy conflicting over the Pro Controller and computer going crazy
Describe the bug Something really strange is happening whenever I connect my pro controller. Sometimes when beterjoy detects my pro controlle, my whole pc goes crazy and stays like that until i power off my pro controller. By "crazy" I mean my computer will not stop going in and out ofpop ups, I get nonstop notifications from betterjoy saying my controller is low battery, and the message log in the betterjoy app says something along the lines of repeat enqueued, I don't remember it word for word. But wait there's more. Let's say I connect my controller, betterjoy detects it, and steam is running. I'll often see two controllers in the betterjoy tab (one controller icon has white background color and the other green), and I need to disconnect and reconnect my controller several times for it to work in Steam big picture mode.
Expected behavior I expected my controller to be detected and connect normally just as it would before. I expected my controller to work on Steam after Betterjoy detected it.
Controller (please complete the following information):
- Type: Pro controller
- Connection: USB
Steam and BetterJoy are both trying to control the controller for lack of a better term. Always close Steam when using BetterJoy. If you're playing Steam games, don't use BetterJoy and just utilize Steam's controller drivers/settings for the Pro Controller (see Steam controller settings.)

I have the same issue as him, this does not work because STEAM doest not let the PRO controller work in Space Marine 2. The only way for the PRO controller to work in space marine 2 is with better joy. if you have a fix please explain.
Hmm, that's weird. Steam should let you use the Pro Controller just universally.. but I suppose if there's something about the game specifically that doesn't support it, then you're out of luck. Outside of buying Space Marine 2 again outside of Steam so you don't need Steam to launch it.
I think this page might have the solution to this problem.
