[BUG] Duplicate timestamp enqueued while using HIDGuardian

Describe the bug Betterjoy's console spams "Duplicate timestamp enqueued" despite the two joycons being hidden from everything else. I have checked what program(s) are using the joycons via Process Explorer (see first image below), since that would assumably be the issue, and yet the only program using them is BetterJoy.

Further details: I do not have Steam open nor anything that should be using my controllers over BetterJoy in the first image. This issue persists even with only one joycon connected. Also, Dolphin doesn't read the controllers properly, it reads them as two separate controllers instead of one, and no matter which of the devices listed I use (see second image below), no inputs are being read, except on the WGInput one, which sometimes reads that I am holding multiple buttons at once, which I am not. Uninstalling and reinstalling HIDGuardian, as well as attempting without HIDGuardian does not resolve the issue either. I had also followed the exact steps listed in the wiki each time.

Expected behavior I expected that once HIDGuardian had hidden my joycons, I would no longer be seeing "Duplicate timestamp enqueued".
