[ENHANCEMENT] Allow controllers to be reconnected

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If it would be possible to allow for Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers to be reconnected without having to remove them that would be useful.

Describe the solution you'd like If it would be possible to allow for Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers to be reconnected without having to remove them that would be useful. I've had problems with this on everything but my Android device, so it would be nice to allow for seamless reconnecting, especially since I don't own a Switch anymore.
