Office 2013 updates are not installed

WuMgr doesn't appear to be able to install Office 2013 updates. Although it downloads them and it appears to install them successfully, when you reboot and check Add/Remove programs the Office 2013 updates aren't present. I always have to install them manually. There are no error messages logged.

are you installing using the manual method or the wuauserv method?

Not sure what you mean by manual, but I click on the "Download" button and then the "Install" button. Previously I used to click the install button directly, but when I realised that it wasn't installing Office updates, I now download first, then de-select all Office updates, let WuMgr install all Windows updates, then I reboot and manually install SCEP and Office updates (using powershell; not via WuMgr). Oh, and SCEP doesn't install either, I'll open a second issue for it.
