In attempting to modify the Scheduled Task which launches the program without using UAC, I found that the Task Scheduler doesn't have an option to run the program minimized. I had to create a workaround using a shortcut, and launching the shortcut through Task Scheduler. Tsk... No bueno, Microsoft.
