Window position, size, column sizes, not saved or restored

I prefer to see window position, size, and column sizes, restored to what I set them to, rather than a hardcoded default.

Also, I noticed that WUMgr does not honor the 'maximized' setting when creating a shortcut for WUMgr. Fixing this and the other issue above would be a welcome enhancement.
