In WUMT I see updates which I can't see in wumgr

Agree with this error. Latest KB4476976 isn't found by wumgr, once windows update reenabled, it found the update.

I have the same issue, this time with the November cumulative update for Windows 10 1903 (KB 4524570) which is detected by WUMT.
