Installing updates fails, if list is not refreshed

Observed Behavior

1. Wait for a notification that new updates are available
2. Check the box next to a new update and press Download & Install
3. Wait for Wumgr to fail
4. Press Refresh
5. Wait for list to be refreshed
6. Select update again and press Download & Install
7. Installing update now works

Expected behavior

Updates should install right away with no need to refresh the list, as Wumgr presumably already did that in order to post the notification.
