Failed to encrypt system disk with dccon

Last version 1.3 fails to encrypt system disk with dccon. I run command: dccon.exe -encrypt pt0 -a -p 123456

and get two options(where to install bootlaoder):

1 - Install to HDD
2 - I already have external bootlaoder

doesn't matter which option I chose, I get error:

Error: bootlaoder is not installed

If I chose 1st option, after getting error we can check in GUI that bootloader actualy installed:

Problem with dccon there is only in vesion 1.3, previose versions(1.2) works correctly.

Also there's no such problem via GUI, It encrypts sys drive with password correctly

i forgot to say, bootloader is MBR(legacy boot) Windows 10/11 doesn't matter
