GA trackingId -> measurementIds

Looks like the trackingId property in the GA plugin has been renamed to measurementIds but a number of the document files still reference trackingId. This pull updates those places

@akre54 Do you know why checks a failed? Looks like this PR can be helpful as for today I also copy code example with wrong param and spend time to investigate what was wrong.

It says: UNSUPPORTED BUILD IMAGE, and other PRs are failing. So I'm assuming just an old config on the test runner.

IIRC all of the changes are to examples and documentation, so there should be no breakages. @DavidWells good to merge?
