Feat Request: Light mode implementation

Vamp Light Mode

Hey there! I am posting this bounty in hopes somebody can roll a light-mode implementation of this site. I've been using the rose tailwind colors for accent, and then some custom shades for the backgrounds, borders and other elements.

Acceptance criteria

• Allows toggling of light and dark mode, defaulting to system preference from dropdown
• Light mode implementation with next-themes (or other drop in solution) integration that is compatible with Next 13. https://github.com/pacocoursey/next-themes#readme
• Follows contrast ratio accessibility standards - https://webaim.org/articles/contrast/
• Looks nice!
