Blocking seedboxes

I see seedboxes being blocked here. I don't think this is a good idea because seedboxes have a high upload speed. I'm looking for a list that only includes spy-blocking.

Hey! I basically collate together a bunch of lists by default, which is configured here: https://github.com/DavidMoore/ipfilter/blob/lists/default/lists.json

Is it just some particular IP addresses that you noticed being blocked that you think are legit?
