Variable usage

Hi, I do not have clear what is the usage of Variable within https://github.com/DavidMertz/PyTorch-webinar/blob/master/IntroPyTorch.ipynb. Are not Tensor sufficient?

ps. Since is my first issue here ... I take the occasion to thanks also for this work!
