Switching power not working

I cannot switch off the power of neither my washing machine nor my dryer from within home assistant. The action is just ignored by the devices.

Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you in advance.

Please enable debug logging and look and see if anything is reported in the log files. Also please check if "remote start" is enabled on the device and if you can switch them off from the Home Connect app.
