Extend Layout editor with custom element types and elements

This could allow people to extend (like our Pods Gravity Forms add-on) with additional element types. The HTML element allows for shortcodes, but this would just be easier since they could have "Gravity Form" element type which they could drag in and select the specific form they want, or use it for embedding other types of content, widgets, or user information.

Already started with this. So in a way, the plugin for a plugin can have plugins.
