multilingual Welcome email issue

If I enable this extension then the multilingual welcome mails are not sent properly and only default welcome mail is being send.

For E.G. If I've store for German and English and my store default locale is English.

Now if in frontend customer has the the language German and if he/she registered using this extension this will send them welcome mail in English even if I've set my custom welcome email in backend for german language in customer configuration.

Now if I disable this extension then mail are being sent properly if user has selected german language then it will send my custom welcome mail selected for german and if frontend language is set to english then it will send the welcome mail in english which is again my custom welcome mail for english.

Can anyone please help?
