Adding non-Google emails

Hello,

I am using your add on (which I LOVE) but my company uses non-gmail email addresses and when I add someone under the guests column it doesn't add to their calendar. I did try to give access to my gmail to make it work and that didn't work either.

I'm not sure why that would happen. When you add events to the calendar directly with non-Gmail addresses, does it work then?
