SCE Updater must be located on ef0:/ for PSPgo

Chronoswitch currently does not support loading an SCE Updater from the ms0:/ on a PSPgo, even if one places Chronoswitch itself on the ms0:/.

For Chronoswitch to work on the PSPgo, Chronoswitch itself can be placed on either ms0:/ or ef0:/, but the SCE Updater must be located on the ef0:/.

Chronoswitch should look for the SCE Updater on the same storage place as itself:

• ms0: Chronoswitch should look for an SCE Updater on the ms0
• ef0: Chronoswitch should look for an SCE Updater on the ef0
