Travis builds are broken

The builds timeout because the confluence instance we spin up isn't responding.

First issue was that the latest versions of the atlassian sdk didn't work with confluence 6.6.0 because they expected a different tomcat directory.

Still not working although it does now run the tests locally so making progress
