Add support for specifying storage formats other than 'storage'

Confluence markup is easier to work with in some cases. When posting markup content to Confluence, the representation has to be set to 'wiki'.

confluence-python-lib hardcodes the representation to 'storage'. This pull requests introduces a new optional parameter to set it instead.
