With PDF conventions, X,Y is bottom left of the canvas, that's why. Maybe inflate/deflate are not properly implemented.

I guess `fromLTRB` should be `fromLBRT(double left, double bottom, double right, double top)`

I pushed a fix which should make more clear.

There shouldn't be any hit test or image filter parameters.
