That's actually you accessing it. The reason that it shows a Samsung device is because Instagram will think you used a Samsung device, when in reality, you are using Windows OS, macOS or even Linux. Follow the instructions, and your account should probably be back as normal.
However, if you weren't the one that made an Authentication Request, then just change passwords, and enforce 2FA, which also means, it will break the Osintgram's Authentication System.

Yeah, but I'm pointing out on where your issue is. Also, I don't think that creating a few "issues" was needed, since you mainly create only one issue.
