Cant scrape more than 100 emails

Im having this issue where when I target the scrape for an account, it finds about 1900 emails, when i proceed to scrape 150 emails it get stuck and shows no results, however when i tried again and scraped 10 it screpped 10 and then after trying one more time for '100' it gives me the following error,

'Error: Instagram blocked the requests. Please wait a few minutes before you try again.'

Can someone let me know how I can avoid this?
