modified extract_features.py did not uploaded? it is the same as original Bert implement, and I cannot find keyword extractor in the repo

Thx for pointing out the typo. Parsing keyword masks is actually implemeted in run_classifier.py, not extract_feature.py . I've updated the readme file.

Also, I've uploaded a new script called data/convert_to_bert_keyword.py for converting raw pre-tokenized training data with keywords to keyword masks.

As for the keyword extraction pipeline, plz refer to the algorithm described in my paper.
