Update Workshop Homework Solution

The pipeline runs for question 4 in the Workshop Homework are referencing two different table names, resulting in the datasets not being merged. Should both be set to "people_merged". The resulting sum for question 3 should be 266, which is not currently listed as an option in the homework questions.

Also, @adrianbr why do we actually have the homework solution? It's not supposed to be published before the deadline =) Let's remove it for now

For now I removed the notebook, I'll keep the PR open so we remember to later change the solution once we publish it
