Add 2 starting files to week_2_workflow_orchestration

Based on DE Zoomcamp 2.2.2 - Introduction to Prefect concepts, I found out there are 2 files at the beginning of the video. I believe it would be useful for someone who is just starting out and allow this repo to stay consistent with what has shown in the video.
