Duplicated Learning in public URLs

I see submitters use the same links for different homework submissions, eg to their github/linkedin/blog profile pages or to DTC's repo pages even.

So should there be a check that

• new URLs for submission shouldn't be an exact duplicate of previous submissions?
• or even within the one submission?
