Modified column exclusion array (amExclude) to match to mDataProp value of each column. This will allow you to match to either the column index or an mDataProp value.

Update documentation for amExclude and bShowAll options.

Created another option called iDrawDelay. This is helpful with large data sets because it allows you to alter multiple columns before the table is redrawn.

Sorry for the massive delay in replying to this pull request. This looks like a really nice one, but I think we need to be able to parse aiExclude from older versions for backwards compatibility. DataTables 1.10 is going to be providing stronger support for 'sName' in the API, so I think it would probably be best to use sName rather than mDataProp as the trigger for the columns - this is because mDataProp can be a function in DataTables, while sName is an internal reference name for the client-side developer only.
