Fix: Specify auto width of columns

Without it, columns have minimal widths. To use full width of pages, pass * for each column.

Note that this is the default behavior of flash pdf export by (legacy) TableTools I'm using.

I don't think I can pull this in until this issue has been resolved in pdfmake.

Oh good catch - I'm making tables with same width columns, so I couldn't catch that.
