Reach out to BioPortal to ask about showing+resolving Instances

@mpsaloha pointed this out: We use Named Individuals in ARCRC in a few places but BioPortal's view of the ontology doesn't show them. Other ontology hosts like OntoBee do http://www.ontobee.org/ontology/GAZ.

I'll send an email into BioPortal asking if we're missing something or if they'd consider adding to their web UI (and API).

No progress yet but they have filed an issue and assigned to an engineer: https://github.com/ncbo/bioportal-project/issues/197.
